In 1996, CA Sunil Chandratre entered into a partnership with CA Pradip Jamdar, forming M/s Jamdar Chandratre & Associates. In 2006, the proprietary concern merged with M/s Jamdar Chandratre & Associates, conducting business under that name. However, in April 2016, the firm demerged from the partnership and resumed operations as S.P. Chandratre & Co.
